Leading the Visiting Angels team is Larry Meigs, our President and CEO. Larry co-founded Visiting Angels in 1998 and leads our team with the vision that “a home care company should put caring first.” Since day one, Larry has been at the helm of this phenomenal organization that has changed the lives of families and business owners alike.

Our Operations Team is led by Karon Austin, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Cathy Berg, Associate Senior Vice President of Operations. Together, Karon and Cathy bring more than 50 years of home care industry experience to our team.

Franchise development continues to be a major area of focus for our organization. Dave Ritterling, Vice President of Development, is responsible for awarding franchise locations to prospective entrepreneurs. While Jerry Capaccio, Vice President of Franchise Development, manages development, sales, and future growth of our franchise territories.

Those who join our organization as franchisees will work with Dan Drennen, Senior Vice President of Brand Administration, who is responsible for organizational compliance and managing the day-to-day operations of the corporate office.

On the marketing side, Richard Bitner, Senior Vice President of Marketing, oversees our strategic marketing initiatives. He also provides our franchisees with marketing training and guidance as they seek to expand their business. Additionally, Dave Plank, Director of National Business Development, oversees national advertising and our cooperative advertising programs at the regional level. He was instrumental in the creation of the Visiting Angels Family Advantages Program and our preferred vendor partnerships program.

Overseeing all of our corporate departments is Scott Parrish, Senior Vice President, who has been with Visiting Angels since 2008 and ensures our teams are focused on providing superior franchisee support.
