Each year, Visiting Angels is proud to participate in an independent assessment that spans the full franchising industry. This year, Franchise Business Review (FBR) listed Visiting Angels as one of the top-5 franchise opportunities based entirely on franchisee satisfaction.

FBR is a respected market research firm that specializes in franchisee success and satisfaction ratings. This year, FBR surveyed more than 28,000 current franchisees with ties to more than 300 franchises to determine their rankings.

How Franchise Opportunities are Rated

The purpose of FBR’s annual ranking is to provide a vital resource for prospective franchise owners. This ranking provides a snapshot of what it’s like to run a particular franchise.

As in previous years, participating franchise owners were invited to complete a 33-question survey that touched on the following aspects of running their franchise:

Overall satisfaction

Based on the published results from the survey, Visiting Angels franchise owners rated the national home care provider as “Very Good” across all fields, with an “Excellent” rating for the company’s core values.

Visiting Angels received an overall rating of 92 out of 100 based on respondent feedback, placing it among the best of the best franchise opportunities for 2021. Visiting Angels has consistently ranked among the top franchises in recent years, earning a spot on the Franchise Hall of Fame.

This year, Visiting Angels also emerged as a leader in the following categories:

Recession-proof franchises- FBR rated Visiting Angels as one of the most recession-resilient franchise options based on franchisee satisfaction and their own analysis of the market.
Franchises for women - Feedback from 8,453 female franchise owners placed us in the top 50 franchises for women to operate.
Low-cost franchises - Visiting Angels was rated in the top 50 best opportunities with low start-up costs.
